Is there any minimum membership period?

Membership on our site is from 30 day.
If you have registered for 30 day, you can watch movies for 30 day even after your withdrawal.

Though it is based on a standard exchange rate, please contact your credit card company for details since the rate is regulated by the company.

When I click the payment button an error occurs and I can't finish my registration.

Input user ID/password with half-width English numbers and letters.
If an error still occurs, please copy the error message and the session ID and contact our support team.

I don't receive a completion email for my register.

Please check your spam folder if you do not receive e-mail n 48 hours after registration.

I want to change my registration info.

On our site, you can change only your email and password but not ID for payment reason.
To change your email and password, please use "Change info" on My page or contact support.

61 days since registration but I cannot download VIP movies.

All members be VIP members on the 61st day from registration though time varies.
A 30 day member is promoted on the 2nd payment renewal and a 60 day member is the same on the 1st one.
Time of payment renewal varies depending on registration time.

Please tell me how to unsubscribe from the site and how long this will take.

Our site operates with an automatic membership renewal system, meaning that if you do not withdrawal request from our site yourself your membership will be automatically renewed when the term expires.
If you wish to withdraw your membership, please submit us the withdrawal request form at least 2 days prior to the next renewal day of your membership account.

Fill in your registration information on the withdrawal request form and click the "Send" button.
If the withdrawal process is completed successfully, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you had registered at our site within 48 hours.
After withdrawing, you will still be able to use our site until your current membership expires.

There may be following possibilities.

1.User ID/password is incorrect.

For withdrawal you need to fill in user ID/password when you registered.
Fill it with uppercase and lowercase letters correctly for withdrawal though you can login regardless of the letters.

Ex.When registered ID is Gals and you can login with gals (Without capital G), fill in Gals for withdrawal.

2.Your status is expired.

If your status is expired because of payment failure and others, withdrawal will be error.
Because we have sapre dates, you may be able to use our site for a few days after the expiry.
Please contact support for any questions.

No withdrawal e-mail received.

Please check your spam folder if you do not receive e-mail n 48 hours after withdrawal.

If you complete withdrawal, your status will be Withdrawn.

While signing up as a new member, I accidentally filled in a wrong e-mail address. Can I still correct it?

Please fill in your user ID and password and request support using the inquiry form.

Will I be billed for additional fee applicable for international usage?

This website can be used only with monthly membership. When you pay membership fee, you will not be charged.
Also, there is no charge from international telephone company.
If you are using internaet with modem, only telephone bill to access point of provider will be charge.
So please rest assured that any fee except membership fee will never be ocurred.

When will I be billed for my monthly membership? Will it be renewed automatically?

The day your membership fee is deducted may vary depending on when your credit card company processes your transactions.
Furthermore, this site employs an automatic renewal system, so as long as you do not withdraw your membership, the payment will be incurred automatically.
If you wish to withdraw your membership, please submit us withdrawal request form at least 2 days prior to the next renewal day of your membership account.

What credit card billing descriptor will I see on my credit card statement?

You will see one of above billing descriptor on your statement.
Please rest assured that the name of our site or any reference to an adult site will not be appeared on your credit card statement.

Will I be billed in Japanese Yen or in US Dollars?

You will be billed in US Dollars.

Is there a limit to how often I can view downloaded movies?

Please rest assured that all movies offered on our site have absolutely no viewing limit.

If I withdraw before my membership expires, until when will I be able to download?

Even if you withdraw from our site halfway through your membership term, you will be able to download movies until your current membership term expires.

If you applied for withdrawing from our site, you won't be able to download from our site after your membership period expires.
If you wish to make use of our site again after your previous membership period has expired, we request that you reapply for a membership.

The required specifications for this site are the following:

Do I need any specific software to play the movies?

Windows media player (ver. 7 or higher), which is normally already installed in windows, can be used to play the movies, so no specific software needs to be downloaded.

Is there any limit for downloading movies?

In order to provide fair and equal services to all our customers, we maintain a daily download limit of 10 Gigabyte per user. Also you can download 2 scenes at once (1 scene on heavy traffic to protect the server) and 20 scenes per hour.

*Even if you stop in the middle or are forced termination, please note that it will be counted for your limit.

Can I use download software to download packages of movies?

We 're very sorry, but we do not allow the use of download software such as REGET or download managers such as FDM, since these may cause slowdowns or even errors on the server. We kindly ask you to use your standard browser to download from our website.

Please be advised that the use of download software or download managers may result in warnings, restriction of access or even immediate temporary or permanent suspension of your account. In such a case there will be no refunds.

I can not download movies with Mac.

Please place your cursor over the Download start button while holding the ctrl key and a function menu should appear. Please choose "Download the link to disk" from the menu.
Further we recommend QuickTime to play with Mac (necessary to install plug-in "Flip4Mac".)

*A free version of Flip4Mac can only play.
If you cannot play, it may be a problem of your configurability and we may not be able to deal with it.

It suddenly stopped downloading…

Reasons for this could be cancellation of your membership due to failure of recurring payment, reaching your download limit etcetera. For more information, please contact our support team.

I cannot download movies because html files are downloaded instead.

It may be problems of your browser set up. Is it set as Block Cookie save?
Also if you do not know your browser set up, please install free browser such as Chrome.
Try to change usual browser set up or browser.

Stream play is stopped in the middle.

If you cannot stream normally, Internet connection may be busy.
We are sorry to cause you inconvenience, but please try later.

About UserID and password

I've lost my ID / Password.

Please click the "password re-issue" page below, fill in the e-mail you used during registration and click the "Send" button.
Please check email sent to your registered email from us.

I can't login with my user ID and Password.

Please make sure to fill in your log in data correctly with capital and small letters and numbers if needed.
Please try to copy and paste the user ID and password that were issued to you.
If you think you're using the correct password and user ID and still can't log in, please use the ID / password re-issue form to have your password re-issued.

Reasons for this could be cancellation of your membership due to failure of recurring payment, reaching your download limit etcetera and your status may be Withdrawn.
